Privacy Policy

Introduction

This policy explains how Ideas All Day Ltd. handles information when you use Biology AI or this website. The app does not require an Ideas All Day account and we do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Content You Ask the AI to Process

When you use an AI feature, the content needed to answer your request is sent through the Ideas All Day AIProxy service and then to Anthropic for processing. Depending on the feature, this can include:

• Photos or images of biology questions
• Question text, optional context, and follow-up chat messages
• Quiz or flashcard generation instructions

This content is used to generate the requested response. Do not upload names, faces, school records, or other personal or sensitive information. Provider handling is also governed by Anthropic's privacy policy and the AIProxy service's operational safeguards.

On-Device Storage and iCloud

Saved problems, images, tutor history, quizzes, flashcards, settings, and progress are stored on your device. When iCloud is available for the app, Apple may sync app data through your private iCloud account so it is available on your devices. Ideas All Day does not receive your Apple ID or iCloud password. You can manage iCloud access in Apple's device settings.

Analytics and Anti-Abuse

Aptabase receives limited product-interaction events so we can understand whether app features work. The app does not send scanned images, question text, generated answers, chat content, problem titles, or feature-request text to Aptabase. Apple's DeviceCheck can provide an anti-abuse token to AIProxy; that token does not reveal your Apple ID to us. The app does not use analytics for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store downloads, subscriptions, payments, and billing details. Superwall helps the app present paywalls and determine subscription access. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Website and Service Providers

This website is hosted by Vercel, which may process standard request and security logs. The app and site rely on Apple, Anthropic, AIProxy, Aptabase, Superwall, and Vercel for the functions described above. Their own privacy policies govern information they process.

Your Choices and Deletion

You can delete saved content in the app, remove the app's local data by deleting the app, and manage synced data through Apple's iCloud settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Because Biology AI has no Ideas All Day account, there is no separate account to delete.
